We expect our guests to observe all posted guidelines so that we provide you and your family with a fun and safe visit to Dreamland Aqua Park.

First Aid
A Certified First Aid staff is on duty at all times in the First Aid Station. If immediate attention is needed, ask any park employee for assistance. The Park's First Aid Station is located next to the Locker Rooms on the right hand entrance to the park.

Lost Children
Lost children are directed to the main reception area located near the main entrance area. In the event your child is lost, notify the nearest security guard for assistance.

Leaving and Re-entering the Park
Multiple entries and exits are strictly forbidden. Receipts, ripped or torn bracelets are not valid for re-entry. Except for emergency matters.

Lost and Found
Lost items may be identified and claimed the main reception area located at the main entrance area.

Personal Belongings
Ride operators and attendants are not responsible for articles left by patrons at the ride stations. Neither Dreamland Aqua Park nor its employees assume responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property. Locker storage is available at the entrance of the waterpark.
Restricted Items
Personal food and beverages, coolers, radios, and/or sound devices are not permitted inside the waterpark. In addition, alcoholic beverages, weapons of any type are prohibited.

Closing Attractions
In the event of electrical storms, inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances, it may become necessary to temporarily close some or all rides, shows, and attractions. Absolutely no refunds will be issued. By paying admission, you have agreed to this policy. No exceptions will be made.

Locker Room
Lockers are available for storing personal items and are located on the right hand entrance of the park. In case of dispute, CCTV cameras are available for reference. In any case, Dreamland Aqua Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Safety Requirements
For your protection, signs are posted at each ride entrance area. These and other signs at the ride contain safety information you should be aware of before you ride. Most rides cannot accommodate strollers, CD or tape players, cameras, stuffed animals or other bulky objects. Please leave such items with a non-rider. Ride operators cannot be responsible for these items.

Line Jumping
Rude and deliberate line jumping that inconveniences other guests may result in dismissal from the waterpark without compensation.

ATM
A full service ATM machine is located in the park in front of the main entrance.

Dress Code
For your safety and health, all park visitors are required to wear shoes and shirts at all times in the park. As a courtesy to others, modest dress is expected from all guests and revealing or offensive clothes are not considered appropriate.

Some language, gestures and suggestive art on apparel may also be considered inappropriate. We reserve the right to address these issues with all guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.
